Fresh off another loss in court to AG Aaron Ford, delinquent tax lien surfaces for Sigal Chattah

As first reported by Riley Snyder in The Nevada Independent , Federal Judge Jennifer Dorsey ruled in favor of the state of Nevada regarding a lawsuit challenging the legality of a mask mandate affecting Clark County School District students. The losing lawsuit, which named both Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak and the state's Attorney General Aaron Ford as defendants, was brought forward by, among others, Sigal Chattah. Chattah, who has made a name for herself over the last year and a half by filing a multitude of suits against the state, is Ford's potential Republican opponent in the 2022 AG race. Now, Chattah is finding herself on the receiving end of government interest.

According to the latest Pennsylvania Department of Revenue tax lien list, Sigal Chattah as the responsible party for Sigal Eli Investments, owes the commonwealth almost $5,000. Political.tips, in calls to the Allegheny County Treasurer, the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue, and Jordan Tax Service, were not able to definitively ascertain whether the lien was still in effect, although it is believed that it is.
