As seen in the court documents below, plaintiff's attorney Jenny Foley lays out a horrific narrative detailing her client's allegation against Marlon.

Included in the documents below are the allegations he took steroids, raped his employee, was a BDSM "Switch" who crawled around on all fours, ate other men's semen, and was terrified of his wife. And these are just some of the allegations!

Marlon, who founded the charity "Vegas Stronger" and was the former Chief Executive of the Nevada based Crossroads rehab facilities, did not respond to a request for comment.
