OFFICIAL strategic plan from Giuliani to certify Trump on Jan. 6th included Nevada; possibly Laxalt

According to documents provided by Bernie Kerik to Congress, the former felon who endorsed Clark County Republican Chair Jesse Law in Law's brutal battle with Carrie Buck, Nevada was a key part of Rudy Giuliani's strategy to deny now President Joseph Biden an electoral college certification and swing the 2020 election to Donald Trump on January 6th, 2021.

Subtitled: We Have 10 Days To Execute This Plan & Certify President Trump, the operation touted the use of local legal teams, including those in Nevada and would run from December 27th through January 6th.

As reported by The Nevada Independent at the time, current Nevada GOP United States Senate candidate Adam Laxalt filed a lawsuit just days prior to the Giuliani memo alleging a failure by the Nevada Secretary of State to keep ineligible voters from voting in the 2020 presidential election. The legal action was dropped in May of 2021.
