The DoD, State Department, and USAID OIG compiled an extensive report covering 113 Billion dollars in American support to Ukraine since the February, 2022 full scale invasion.
On March 27, 2023, a joint oversight report was released which looked into US aid to Ukraine after the full-scale invasion by Russia. The entire document can be found here and below is an official one-page summary.
