The DoD, State Department, and USAID OIG compiled an extensive report covering 113 Billion dollars in American support to Ukraine since the February, 2022 full scale invasion.
Not that anyone doubted it, I suppose this is in response to the toxic milbloggers from Mordor [does that sound like a punk rock band to you?] saying that it was all being squirrelled away into the personal accounts of the bigwigs of Ukraine?
