So glad you found someone who was both caring and competent to help. It’s a helpful reminder not to forget to update your passport when you legally change your name. There also seems to be a misconception in the trans community that medical documentation is necessary to change your gender marker. Thank you for sharing, Sarah. Your stories and experiences are so very important. Hopefully it will inspire others to do what is right, whenever the opportunity presents itself; like that kind airport employee. Everyone should do so, but some have yet to learn why it has such an imperative impact, such as for you. The world is a better place for you to be able to continue your journey and share the very human cost of Russia illegal war against Ukraine.
